What is Your Shipping Policy?

MASQ-U offers Worldwide shipping eligible to CAD. During checkout you will see the total price including taxes, shipping and handling charges in selected currency before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in selected currency dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout.

Orders must be placed by 2pm ET to start processing on the same day. MASQ-U offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all products ordered in North America which will be shipped between 7-10 days. Express shipping is CAD $9.95 which will be shipped between 2-5 days and is solely available to customers residing in North America. International shipping CAD $14.95 which will be shipped in 12-15 days. For shipping outside North America, our prices do not include taxes and duties. This is determined by customs agency.

How do I know when the product will be restocked online?

There is an “e-mail me” feature where you can leave your e-mail and be notified when a product is re-stocked OR the product will say “Out of Stock, Coming Soon, Sold Out” where you may come visit us again at a later date.

Exchange Policy

For the present moment, MASQ-U does not offer any exchanges. Any product that is received broken or damaged can result in a refund (excluding all shipping fees and administrative fees). You have 14 days after the reception of the product to give us notice to be eligible to receive a refund (mask only).
